Wednesday Nights
 
Wonderful Wednesday’s
Wonderful Wednesday’s are a time to come and enjoy a good home cooked meal with friends, participate in Biblical studies with your group and even participate in choral music, drama and an occasional extra exercise class or even an art class thrown in to enjoy.  

Meal
5:30-6:15 pm
Meals include a meat, two vegetables, dessert and drink. Adult Meals are $6 Children $3. Meal Reservations are required to make sure we order enough food. The deadline to make a reservations for meals is noon on Monday.

Wednesday Night Programs
Handbell Practice 6:00-7:00 pm
Wether a beginner or a seasoned pro, we welcome you to try your hand at handbells. The handbell  team play during special time throughout the year as well as taking.

Youth  6:00-7:30 pm
Our youth from 7th thru 12th grade meet to enjoy a time of Bible study and fellowship.

Children’s Music & Theater 6:30-7:30 pm
Children K-4th grade enjoy a time of learning music and taking part in two musical theater performances a year (Christmas & Spring). They also have the opportunity to learn some choral music as well as learning to play handbells and percussion tubes called BoomWhackers!

GAP56 “Bible Battle”  6:30-7:30
Preteens in the 5th & 6th Grade enjoy a time of fellowship and Bible knowledge competition. They also meet on Sunday mornings as well as taking a yearly trip in January to a preteen conference. 

Adult Studies
Adult studies include both a pastors Bible study and a Men’s Bible study. Check below to see the description of the current in these classes.

Adult Chancel Choir 7:30-8:30
All youth and adults are invited to become part of the worship service through song. The Chancel choir also performs yearly musicals for the Christmas, Easter and Independence Day holidays.

Elective Classes  7:30-8:30
Throughout the year we plan to offer a variety of other miscellaneous classes during this time. We plan to offer fun painting classes (no experience necessary), aerobic classes such as Zumba, additional children’s music through 6th grade, men’s basketball, Biggest Loser competition in January, etc.

Session #4    January 11 - February 15
Detective Stories from the Bible

There are number of mysteries in the bible.  After all, what could be more of a mystery than God’s love for the human race?  The stories studied will investigate incidents, personalities, and topics that ought to catch the interest of anyone with a detective’s turn of mind.

This study is based on J. Ellsworth Kalas’ book “Detective Stories from the Bible.”  J. Ellsworth Kalas is the former president of Asbury Theological Seminary and writer of the popular “From Back Side” Bible study series.
